Key Features
The spiral roller is made of high-frequency welded pipe, high-density nylon sealing ring, spiral spring, bearing, round steel, etc.
Spiral rollers, also called rubber spiral rollers or steel spiral rollers, are a special type of roller used in conveyor belt systems. Unlike standard smooth rollers, spiral rollers have a continuous helical (screw-like) pattern on their surface. This unique design is primarily used to clean the return side of the conveyor belt and assist with belt tracking.
Spiral/Screw Pattern: The most notable feature is the continuous helical pattern (similar to threads) molded into the surface of the roller. This pattern can be made of rubber (for general cleaning and conveyor belt protection) or steel (for more aggressive cleaning in heavy-duty applications).
Rotational Cleaning Action: As the conveyor belt moves over the spiral roller, the spiral pattern causes the roller to rotate.
